A Mother’s Day Poem

Mamma,

I wrote this poem,
Just to let you know how I love you.
So I wrote this poem to show you.

You pick up socks,
You pick up trash,
You show your love, through good and bad,
You always try your best, even though it’s hard,
You make me food,
You show me smarts.

You work out, to show you’re strong,
You do laundry all day long,
You never let me down, even though I do,
For what it’s worth, I really love you.

So I wrote this poem, well, just because, you’re the best mother there ever was.
