Rocket Rules

You are only as strong as your horse is free,
You are only as happy as your horse’s glee,
But when midnight strikes, and the power is unleashed,
You will experience what love must really be.

Lollipops, sugar non-stop. Ginger snaps and Cracker-Jacks.
Shouts and laughs, being mean to dad.
Pressure point’s and annoying sisters. I guess were like 2 big blisters.
But when one pops the other heals. And then you gulp down a big meal.

If tomorrow was your last day,
what would you say?
Tomorrow? Oh not now, I’m not ready to take a bow!
Would you pray to God, to have one more day,
Or would you just want it to end this way?

Oh father, Oh father,
Thanks for marrying, such a loving mother,
Oh father, oh father,
Sometimes I wonder, why you even bother,
Giving us what we want,
And helping us with what we need,
Setting goals, and expectations, that no other kid could dream,
